Watering his beautiful name

There was a bartender named Jamil,

who was selling water to people while he was walking around with his mud jar in the markets. All people loved him for his good manners and cleanliness.

One day the king heard this bartender and said to his minister: Go and bring me the beautiful bartender.

The minister went to look for him in the markets until he found him and the king brought him

The King said to Jamil: From today onwards, you have no work outside this palace. You will work here in my palace, watering my guests, and sitting next to me, telling me your famous jokes.

Jamil said: Hearing and obeying is yours, my lord.

Jamil returned to his wife, promising her the good news and the coming riches, and the next day he put on his best clothes, washed his jar, and went to the king's palace.

He entered the court, which was full of guests, and began distributing water to them. When he finished, he would sit next to the king, telling him funny stories and anecdotes, and at the end of the day he would receive the price of his labor and leave for his home.

The situation remained as it was for a period of time, until a day came when the minister was jealous of Jamil because of the position he occupied in the heart of the king.

And the next day, when the bartender was returning to his house, the minister followed him and said to him: O beautiful, the king complains of your bad breath.

The bartender was surprised and asked him: What should I do so that I do not harm him with the smell of my mouth?

The minister said: You have to put a veil around your mouth when you come to the palace.

Jamil said: Well, I will.

And when the morning rose, the bartender put his thamma around his mouth, picked up his jar, and went to the palace as usual. So the king was surprised by this, but he did not comment on it, and Jamil continued to wear the veil day after day until a day came and the king asked his minister about the reason for Jameel putting on the veil.

The minister said: I am afraid, sir, if I tell you, I will be cut off.

The king said: You have safety from me, so say what you have.

The minister said: Jamil the bartender complained of your bad breath, sir.

The king was upset and went to his wife and told her the news

She said: Whoever is tempted to say this tomorrow, his head will be cut off, and it will be an example for everyone who is tempted to belittle you.

He said to her: And yes opinion.

On the next day, the king summoned the executioner and said to him: Whoever I saw came out of the door of my palace carrying a bouquet of roses, cut off his head.

The bartender came as usual in the morning and distributed water, and when it was time for him to go, the king gave him a bouquet of roses as a gift for him, and when they were going out, the bartender met the minister, and the minister said to him: Who gave you these roses?

Jamil said: The king. He said to him: Give it to me, I have more right to it than you.!

The bartender gave him the package and left

And when the minister came out, the executioner saw him carrying a bouquet of roses and cut off his head.!

The next day, the bartender came, as always, masked, carrying his jar, and began distributing water to those present.

The king was surprised to see him because he thought he was dead, so he called him and asked him: What is your story... with this veil?

Jamil said: Your minister told me, sir, that you complain about my bad breath and ordered me to put a veil over my mouth so that it would not be hurt.

He asked him again: And the bouquet of roses that I gave you?

Jamil said: The minister took it, for he said that he had more right to it than me.

So the king smiled and said: Indeed, he is more deserving of her than you, and goodwill and grudges do not meet.
